The Damien Center
The Region's Leader in HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care
The Damien Center provides services to persons in Central Indiana infected with HIV/AIDS, as well as their affected friends and families. These services are designed to empower clients to deal with the problems and challenges encountered when living with HIV infection. The Center offers prevention services and testing designed to limit the spread of HIV disease. The Center provides services to the community by offering educational programs, advocacy and research opportunities.

The Grande Masquerade is the Damien Center's premier fundraising event that enables the center to provide direct assistance and support to victims of HIV/AIDS.
Grande Masquerade 2008
Description of the Event
The funds raised on this night will provide direct services to over 1,300 Indianapolis-area men, women and children. This event also allows the Damien Center to remain the premier local agency for HIV prevention offering free testing, outreach and education.
Plans for this year are underway and we anticipate approximately 600 patrons will attend. Throughout the evening, you will be entertained by a showcase of performances that include Dance Kaleidoscope, bohemian entertainment and other unconventional attractions. Your costumes and props will invoke your creative spirit as you step into the Illusions of Moulin Rouge.
Sponsorship for the event provides you with "rouge"-carpet treatment. New this year, sponsors will have "suitors" access to silent auction items during the VIP reception. You will have the first opportunity to place a winning bid on the item of your desire.
