As partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, Chad concentrates his practice in real estate, insurance regulations and market conduct examinations, business transactions, not-for-profit, and state and federal commercial litigation. He has represented clients in a range of matters, including general counsel, business entity formation, asset purchase and sales, lease negotiations, MBE/WBE certifications, real estate closings, low income housing tax credits, bankruptcy matters, estate planning, estate administration, employment disputes, and department of insurance market conduct examinations.
A graduate of the University of Evansville and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate, Chad has a strong passion for nonprofit organizations, both professionally and personally, and was formally introduced to The Damien Center through the United Way Ardath Burkhart Leadership Series. According to Chad, The Damien Center serves a vital role in the public health of Central Indiana, and he is honored to be a part of a leading AIDS Service Organization committed to decreasing the client viral load through comprehensive services. In his role as Board Vice President, Chad serves on the Finance, Executive, Development, and Governance Committees.
