Jenice Myers

Vice Chair

Currently, Ms. Myers is the Director of Development Operations for Herman & Kittle Properties, Inc. Jenice has been with Herman & Kittle Properties since 2006. She brings a broad base of knowledge and expertise to the company and is versed in multiple facets of affordable housing development. She is responsible and accountable for leading the Department’s team of Development Analysts and she is accountable for recruiting, onboarding and training new Development Analysts.

Ms. Myers plays a key role in the mentoring and growth of Development Analysts to create a strong bench for the Development Department that will address Department needs related to strategic market and pipeline expansion.

Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining relationships with qualified 501(c)(3) Organizations, Federal and State Housing Agencies, Public Housing Authority’s, and various service providers throughout the HKP portfolio.

Jenice has directed all aspects of negotiating services agreements with organizations like The Damien Center for over a decade to ensure onsite supportive services are provided for residents in the HKP portfolio. She has been passionately devoted to the RHTC Program, leadership, affordable housing/ community development and linking service providers and low-to-moderate income citizens for over nearly two decades. Jenice is a graduate of Ball State University and holds an M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
