Nickolas is an analytical non-profit healthcare administrator with demonstrated success in project management, compliance, data reporting, patient relations, and quality improvement. They are a dedicated public health graduate, receiving their Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management from IU Fairbanks School of Public Health in 2018. Nickolas’ passion lies in in their drive to achieve health equity for marginalized populations, including but not limited to sexual and mental health services, Opioid Use Disorder, medication-assisted treatment, and health policy. They hope to use this passion to further the mission of The Damien Center in empowering communities and persons affected by HIV in Indiana. Through continued education and professional development, Nickolas seeks to promote and enact progressive health legislation, ensuring positive and equitable health outcomes for the communities that they serve.
