Samantha Spergel
Samantha Spergel is the Director of Real Estate Strategic Initiatives and Engagement at the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority. Samantha oversees the HUD capital funding which support the production and preservation of affordable housing, provides policy oversight on affordable housing policy, manages technical assistance and capacity building efforts for local units of government and non-profits, and oversees the Agency’s workforce housing and healthy homes programs. Samantha has over 12 years’ experience in managing a variety of different HUD programs to support the rehabilitation and construction of affordable housing.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science from The College of Wooster, and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University. She is a Board Member of the Indiana Chapter of the Women in Affordable Housing Network, and a former Board Member of the Urban Land Institute-Indiana; Samantha is also a ULI Health Leader.
