Join us for a 60 minute guided flow with Lukas Felix Schooler from The Hot Room.

Whether you are new to yoga, have limited mobility, or are a more seasoned practitioner, each class will be uniquely designed for you to move your body with your breath in a safe environment. Use this as an opportunity slow down, step away from a busy day, and gain insight on your body/mind connection.
