She/HersAndrea Rivera is the Care Navigator for HOLA Program. In her role she acts as a bilingual PrEP Navigator who also refers clients to other services, provides insurance navigation, and additionally assists with PEP needs.
Being bilingual is crucial for working in her role, as well as having time-management and multi-tasking skills – there are always so many moving parts to make it all work!
Having spent five years as a Medical Assistant with a private Dermatology group, and having worked at Eskenazi Health, Andrea found it easy to transition into her role here at Damien – she’s always been someone who wants to help people.
In her free time, Andrea likes to ride her bike, try new foods and restaurants, go to festivals, read, and color.
