SMART Recovery

Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART) is a science-based program that aims to help people recover and gain independence from any addictive behavior, including alcohol, smoking, drugs, gambling, sex, shopping, and so on. We will talk about how to build and maintain motivation, cope with urges, manage our thoughts and behaviors, and live a balanced life.

SMART is not a 12-step program. Religious and spiritual beliefs and practices are a personal choice in your recovery and not an inherent part of the program.

  • Meets every Thursday
  • 6:00p - 7:30p
  • Arsenal Boardroom
