Originally a makeup artist, Catlin was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In 2010, they moved to Indiana to be closer to family and attend college. Catlin’s passion for cosmetics was highly correlated in aiding themselves and others feel more empowered and affirmed. This passion led to a deep connection and career within the social service sector.

Their history includes working alongside those impacted by traumas, including sexual assault, domestic violence, and those impacted by violent crime. Catlin has extensive experience in the transgender/gender non-conforming community along with the disability community. They have experience working in collaboration with medical providers to embed holistic care into healthcare. They bring trauma focused and informed services to the front of their practice. Catlin understands that “traditional” is not always the path to feeling safe and free within our bodies.

Catlin holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Indiana University East and a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University Indianapolis. They live just outside of Indianapolis with their partners and their Corgi named Leo. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, kayaking, and being in nature. Catlin's partners and them love exploring new art festivals, concerts, and spending quality time with their chosen family and close friends.
