Dipa Patel
Dipa Patel joined Damien Center as the new HR Coordinator; helping welcome new staff to Damien Center and meeting all of their employees' needs.
She graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington, where she discovered her skill set for people-centric roles in which she helps others reach their full potential. Dipa is currently in her last semester of working towards her M.S. in Human Resource Management.
She decided to join the Damien staff as it has everything she loves about the sector: a passionate staff, a worthy cause, and a chance to make a difference everyday.
Outside of work, Dipa enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, son, and dogs. She likes to spend time reading and hosting game nights with her friends and has been known to get pretty competitive on a go-kart track.
