She/HerDipa Patel joined Damien Center in 2023 as the new HR Coordinator.
She graduated from Indiana University - Bloomington and went on to work in the Nonprofit sector where she discovered a passion for people-centric roles. Dipa received her Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2024.
She decided to join the Damien staff as it has everything she loves about the sector: a passionate staff, a worthy cause, and a chance to make a difference everyday.
Outside of work, Dipa enjoys relaxing at home with her husband, son, and dogs. She likes to spend time reading and hosting game nights with her friends.
