Jonathan Scott is head of brand and digital at Roche Diagnostics. Previously, he was a digital leader in corporate affairs and communications at Lilly, also serving as chair of the Lilly Pride employee resource group for 2.5 years. Before that, Jonathan originated the role of digital media manager at Indianapolis Monthly magazine. He has 20+ years of experience in the digital media, DEI leadership and executive arenas of marketing, communications, journalism and publishing.

In light of ongoing needs for innovative healthcare, and with many loved ones affected by HIV, Jonathan is grateful to help Damien Center succeed in its mission. He serves on Damien Center's board of directors, chairing its marketing and development committee and also serving on the HR taskforce.

In 2012 and 2013, Jonathan served as tournament director and president of IndyTennis, the city’s nonprofit LGBTQ tennis organization, founded in 2004. During his tenure, the group raised nearly $10,000 for charity partner Indiana AIDS Fund, raising funds for HIV prevention, education and relief. He served on the IndyTennis board of directors from 2009 to 2015.

Jonathan is a Ball State University journalism graduate with backgrounds in sociology, political science and communication studies. He also serves on the Ball State Alumni Council, its executive committee and its alumni outreach committee (chair). Previously, he served for years on the boards of EntouRaj for Kids and the Indianapolis Press Club Foundation. In 2020, Jonathan received the Indianapolis Rainbow Chamber of Commerce's Business Leader of the Year recognition, and Lilly received its Corporation of the Year designation.
