Linds is a therapist at Damien Center who loves working with LGBTQIA+ identifying individuals, survivors of intimate partner violence, those living with HIV, and all who are interested in exploring their relationships with themselves and others. As a member of the queer community, Linds is especially passionate about working with others who identify as queer and navigating the self exploration, discovery, grief, and joy that comes with the journey.

Linds completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington with a major in social work. During this time, she completed a practicum at Positive Link helping folks with HIV utilize HOPWA. After graduating, Linds began her master's degree at IUPUI, during which she worked with individuals in end-of-life care through a hospice organization.

Linds entered the field with a desire for advocacy work, and she spent the first 5 years of her professional career in domestic and sexual violence work. During those years, she co-coordinated a 24hr crisis line and on-scene advocacy program, delivered domestic and sexual violence outreach and education, lead support groups, and counseled survivors living in shelter. Linds is excited to bring her passion for advocacy, healthy relationships, and queer community to Damien Center.

Linds lives in Little Flower with her girlfriend and two dogs. In her free time, Linds loves spending time with her friends, going to concerts, seeing drag and burlesque, taking walks around the neighborhood, reading fiction, and watching horror movies and reality tv.
