Therapy is a connector. It connects us with our inner selves, examines how we interact with those around us, and how that affects our mental health and well being. With this tool, we give ourselves permission to dig in, feel what we sometimes ignore, share what we need, and do what we can for our lives to hold meaning and beauty.

I’m naturally drawn to people, and I bring curiosity and empathy to every encounter regarding diversity of background, personalities, and identities. Some of my special interests include walking alongside those struggling to understand their past experiences and how it impacts them today. I also enjoy working with folks redefining their gender and/ or sexuality, families going through transitions and life changes, folks handling anxiety and depression, partners struggling with communication and misaligned values, and anyone who finds themselves relying on something or someone that feels unhelpful or unhealthy.

My philosophy stands firmly on the ground that you are the expert on your life, wellness, and journey. I’m a decade into working closely with, advocating for, and helping empower folks. My hope is that I can be a partner in supporting your journey. Please feel invited to bring me what you need and let’s carry it together.
