Nadine Horn
Nadine Horn is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at IUPUI and her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Indianapolis. Nadine entered healthcare because she firmly believes a life serving others is the best one to have.
Nadine began her nursing career as a registered nurse working inpatient Hematology/Oncology at the Simon Cancer Center. She later worked as a Labor/Delivery/Post-Partum/High Risk OB as well as inpatient Pre-Op/Recovery at Community Hospital North. Nadine is passionate about providing patient centered care aimed at preventative health measures and diligent chronic disease management. She has a passion for providing evidence-based Women’s and LGBTQ healthcare and believes that everybody deserves to receive exceptional health management. “Every human is unique and requires thoughtful consideration when creating a health care plan. My goal is to establish treatment plans that target my patient’s priorities while also aiding them to achieve the healthiest version of themselves possible.”
In her free time, you will often find Nadine powerlifting, reading, relaxing with friends and family, or snuggling her French Bulldog, Ollie. She also enjoys coffee and cardio almost as much as she loves her career!
