Roxanne Hilton

Board Member, Damien Center

Roxanne’s practice includes medical malpractice defense, professional liability and licensing proceedings, disciplinary litigation, and premises liability defense.

Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Roxanne worked as a deputy attorney general at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In this role, she represented the state before medical licensing boards; advised on statues and regulatory code; investigated claims of misconduct including diversion, fraud, substance abuse, overprescribing and adulteration; and reviewed hospital policies, practice agreements and hiring contracts. Roxanne has experience with Stark Law and the False Claims Act.

Roxanne is a graduate of the Indiana University Maurer School of Law (J.D., 2017) and Indiana University – Bloomington (B.S., arts management, 2013). She is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association (Member at Large, Health Care and Life Sciences Section), the Indianapolis Art Center Young Professionals, Board of Directors Irvington Neighborhood Council.
