Tyler Neal

Tyler is an award-winner designer and joined the Damien Center in 2017, bringing years of experience to the team. As the Marketing and Design Manager for the Damien Center, Tyler is responsible for creating and maintaining the center's brand identity, web presence, and collaborating with other departments to implement targeted marketing campaigns for people affected by HIV or at-risk for contracting HIV.
Tyler began their professional career working as a graphic and web designer for a design agency but felt unfulfilled. During their undergrad at IUPUI, Tyler spent time studying both design and sociology, so when the opportunity came to join the Damien Center's team, they leaped at the chance to bring those two worlds together.
As a Central Indiana native, Tyler is invested in making Indianapolis a more accepting place by leading a visibly queer life. In their free time, you'll find them cuddling with cats and drinking tea, listening to the same Spotify playlist from 2009, or playing video games.
