This educational session is led by presenters with mental health conditions who will share their personal stories about what it is like living with their conditions, what has helped them, and how they are working towards their life goals.
This program is an opportunity for those who have struggled with mental health to gain confidence and share their individual experiences of recovery and transformation.
This session will take place in the Arsenal Board Room and is open to Damien clients, staff and the community.
